Now I want to travel to US on H4 VISA.                1. Can I get the H1 status after residing in US for few months? If so, after how many months?               2. After reaching US on H4 if my H1 petition gets approved then will my status gets changed to H1 automatically? What is the process for that?               3. To work in US, is H1 petition approval considered enough, or do I need H1 stamed?               4.
